Shipping: Items will ship from Texas within five business days. Expedited shipping options are available, but the five-day processing time still applies. Shipping time frames can range between 7-21 days depending on the number of orders received. Shipping is suspended the week between Christmas and New Years. USPS usually delivers packages in 3-5 business days. If a package is lost in the mail by USPS, a missing mail claim can be filed with the USPS or an insurance claim can be filed if the shipping option included shipping insurance.

Refunds: Items that come damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for refunds.
